Providing weekly stats to our MLSListings subscribers, the Aculist Weekly Update keeps close attention on key data points.

This weekly data includes forward-looking indicators including changed to pending, changed to sold and new listings for each of the five counties that MLSListings serves.

The weekly update features a 15-week rolling report with the current week in the middle – 7 weeks back and 7 weeks forward – and focusing on new listings, changed to pending and changed to sold.

The legend identifies 2025 with a bright blue line and the current week of 2025 is confirmed. There is a trailing line of data for the first six weeks of the year which largely mirror 2024, however, may not exactly match as weeks in different years do not exactly align and data changes retroactively. On Tuesday, July 1st the Pre-Market graph has been removed. We expect that a pre-market count will be added back in the next few weeks. We appreciate your patience as we thoroughly review the members only change of status calculation that helps us determine the number of pre-market listings each week. Our team is reviewing the listing data to provide the most accurate historical view of this important pre-market data.

The Aculist Weekly charts include:

Active listings
New listings
Changed to pending
Changed to sold
Year over Year over Year comparisons (2023-2025)

Data differences from previous reports:

CRMLS data is not included due to data sharing agreements. This is typically a small number (46 listings across five counties)
The Active Listings count does not include Members Only listings
The Active Listings count is de-duped, so properties are not counted twice (lots and land, multi-class)
The New Listings count does not include Members Only listings
